In July of 2023, Ms. Montella did an incredible True Colors for Educators workshop for Langston University. Our faculty enjoyed it very much, and the reviews showed that they valued the experience and would like more training. We all enjoyed the interaction, the information, and Ms. Montella's warm and engaging presentation style. People have requested more training and staff are interested in attending as well.
I particularly appreciate how Ms. Montella adapted her training for our large group size and room setup; she was prepared with plans and backup plans, and the workshop was well-organized, well-paced, and well-received.
We look forward to more training with Ms. Montella and highly recommend her!

In April, I participated in Ms. Montella’s leadership training True Colors – Valuing Differences, Creating Unity. The training was educational, inspiring, engaging, and fun!
Engaging in discussion and edutainment activities with fellow trainees of the same brightest color while observing interactions of all bright color groups highlighted the similar and different styles of approaching topics or tasks. Learning about and beginning to understand and value the similarities and differences among colleagues, can help improve communication, collaboration, and teamwork. In short, I thoroughly enjoyed participating in and observing this leadership training!
Ms. Montella was knowledgeable about the topic, created a welcoming atmosphere, and led an engaging training.
